Dr Emmanuel C. Ngoh has been serving the dental needs of patients in the greater Augusta, Georgia area, and in other pockets of the world through his mission outreach, for over 20 years. Between his dental school years and returning to academia to earn his Endodontic Specialty Certification, Dr Ngoh was in private practice as a general dentist for 4 years. As the founder of Augusta Endodontic Center, he feels blessed by the opportunity to care for the endodontic needs of patients in his community.

Perrin DesPortes

Perrin DesPortes is one of the co-founders of Polaris Healthcare Partners. He attended Washington & Lee University for undergrad and earned his MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Perrin has over 25 years of experience in the business side of dentistry, having started as a 4th generation family member of Thompson Dental Company, then as a General Manager of 15 yeras with Patterson Dental Supply where he ran 3 different businesses for them. In 2017, he and Diwakar Sinha departed to launch Polaris. Perrin is happily married and has an 8 year-old daughter at home. In his spare time, he is an avid cyclist and tennis player; enjoys cooking and reading; and loves good red wine and strong coffee.

Andrew Smith, DDS

Andrew Smith, DDS, is originally from Portage, Michigan, and attended Portage Northern High School. He then went to Michigan State University where he received B.S. degrees in Physiology and Human Biology. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Michigan, where he met his future wife, also a dentist. The two own White Oaks Dental in Kalamazoo, a practice that provides general dentistry and facial esthetics services. After graduating, he worked in Toledo as an associate dentist. He enjoys woodworking, playing the drums, gardening, and his dogs.

During this time she decided to make Gainesville her permanent home and opened Taylor Dentistry. Taylor and her husband, Andrew, have 2 daughters, Carlee and Ellie, and are blessed with an extended family that live in the area. When dentistry is not keeping them busy, you will find them at the gym and driving their Jeep Wrangler.
