The company's mConsent platform now has the ability to streamline insurance verification from any location.
Minneapolis-based software company SRS Web Solutions, Inc, has launched Insurance Verification as part of its cloud-based mConsent suite. mConsent is a technology platform that includes digital patient intake forms, patient scheduling, 2-way text appointment reminders, video consults, secure digital billing, and payments. It now also includes insurance verification, allowing practices to verify insurance independent of server-based software from any location. This is particularly useful to multi-office dental practices.
Manual insurance verification can be inefficient, time-consuming, and costly. When not automated, it can create a burden for administrative teams in the dental practice. mConsent Insurance Verification is designed to streamline this process by providing comprehensive verification details on demand that optimize practice efficiency, productivity, and revenue.
Simple errors in insurance information can cause delays. Every component of mConsent is designed to minimize these errors while increasing practice efficiency. The platform is currently integrated with more than 178 insurance payers, including major PPO and Medicare providers while continuously adding new payers. In addition, mConsent is said to easily integrate with Dentrix, Dentrix Enterprise, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, athenahealth, and other practice management software.
Patients are able to complete insurance forms ahead of their appointment from anywhere with mConsent’s web-based platform. This is said to decrease the time a patient is in the waiting room completing paper forms.
