My name is Michele Gabriel. I am the owner of DDSmatch New York City and Long Island. We just did a presentation on transition planning and how to talk to buyers and sellers and steps in the process to find a smooth transition strategy. Our organization is a nationwide company. There are 53 franchise owners with DDSmatch across the country.
So, we represent sellers in the transition planning process when they're thinking about or considering the eventual sale of their practice. Our goal is really to create a road map for your success and to talk to potential buyers, to make sure that they're pre-qualified, that we're working with them to make sure that they're connected to the right people, and also to think about what your transition plan looks like as an individualized approach—whether that's 3, 5 or 7 years out.
