Bryan Kariya, DDS, Transcend Dental Clinic in Huntsville, Alabama, will teach a course titled “Digital Full Arch Implant Workflows” that will address options for digital implant capture, necessary records for facilitating digital design, restorative options for provisional and final restorations, and more.
The second course of the virtual event will be “The Chemical Magic of Glass Ionomer Restoratives and Sealants,” taught by dental materials expert Douglas Young, DDS, EdD, MS, MBA, Professor Emeritus, University of the Pacific. Dr Young will review how to properly use glass restoratives with, and without, the use of silver diamine fluoride (SDF) using minimally invasive methodology to bridge the gap between remineralization and traditional restoration.
The final course, byBrett Gilbert, DDS, FICD Diplomate, American Board of Endodontics, will focus on endodontics. Dr Gilbert’s CE session is titled “Overcoming Common Pain Points in Endo: Perforations, Locating MB2, and Negotiating Calcified Canals.”
The course will use multimedia visuals to illustrate and demonstrate techniques through the dental operating microscope to help you overcome common pain points in endodontic procedures. Learn tips and techniques to help you prevent these iatrogenic occurrences such as perforation on access. Additionally, attendees will learn about describing and demonstrating techniques, armamentarium, and the mindset to successfully negotiate calcified canals.
