Polaris Healthcare to Host Group Practice Leadership Event

Polaris Healthcare Partners will host a conference for group dental practice professionals in Fort Lauderdale, Florida May 10-12, 2023. The event, “Building Your Enterprise Platform” is specifically oriented toward group dental practice owners with 3 or more locations whose businesses generate $5 million in revenue, according to a press release from Polaris.

Attendees will learn tactics from industry leaders in areas such as: scaling culture and systems for control over multiple locations; recruiting and leading an executive-level leadership team; executing a growth plan through business development and integration teams; creating equity on a balance sheet; building a call center, and more.
