With this integrated solution, practices using the Sensei platform can seamless work with Intiveo's patient engagement tools.
Dental practices using Carestream Dental's Sensei Cloud online practice management platform now have access to a new set of patient engagement tools through a new software integration with Intiveo.
The new connected solution allows practices to manage patient communication services including appointment reminders, two-way communication, and feedback collection from a single platform, according to a press release.

The software integration was reportedly spurred by requests from customers of both platforms demanding advanced ways to manage the patient experience at their practices. Customers of both Intiveo and Sensei can access this integrated software solution now.
