In 2007, Henry Schein was on the ground floor of the evolution of TeamSmile. Bill Busch, DDS, came up with the concept of helping area children receive free dental care utilizing local professional sports teams. TeamSmile oversees several programs each year while working with professional and college sports programs. Already in 2024, the organization has provided free dental care to kids through programs working with the Minnesota Twins, New Orleans Saints and the Kansas City Royals, Dr. Busch’s local team.
