Dr. Richard Lipscomb Jr. is a graduate of The University of Howard College of Dentistry and an international speaker with lectures specializing in restorative and mini dental implants. He has been performing restorative procedures for over 20 years and placing mini dental implants since 2006.During that time, he has overseen hundreds of MDI cases and has gained the experience to provide hands-on training for restorative and mini-implant procedures to other doctors. Dr. Lipscomb is a speaker for Catapult Education, serves on the editorial advisory board for Dental Products Reports, and has written several articles for publications including Dental Economics, Dental Products Report, and Dental Product Shopper. Dr. Lipscomb’s unique dental experience includes both private practice and public health service in community health centers. By delivering restorative procedures in a variety of dental environments, he has spent years working with a wide range of resin materials to suit many challenging clinical situations.

Michelle Roman, EdD, RDH, is chair of dental hygiene at Middlesex County College, along with Professor Nadine Thompson, EdM, RDH, BSDH.
Suzanne Rassy has 25 years of experience in the dental industry. Throughout the course of her career she has had the opportunity to work as a dental assistant, treatment plan coordinator, office manager, dental consultant and educator. In her capacity as the manager of education for Mercer Advisors, she led the team that launched a new service offering for dental clients and their teams. She has designed and delivered courses for dental team members and contributed to the development of the OnTrack software. She has also worked with the Canadian Dental Association, responsible for organizing dental conventions, and has offered her services and knowledge as a consultant for over 10 years.
Luke S. Kahng is an accomplished lab technician, specializing in high-end ceramic restorations. Luke has served on several major dental journal boards as a contributing member. Luke invented the Chairside Shade Guide: Volumes 1 and 2 and then expanded the offering to a unique ceramic shade guide system named the Seasons of Life Selection. He is owner and President of his own lab, LSK121 Oral Prosthetics, located in Naperville, IL. He has published over 100 articles in major national dental publications.
