Top new lab products of 2012

This year included the release of a range of new and notable products. More than 200 new product innovations were featured in DLP in 2012. Veracia SA
Semi-anatomical Veracia SA denture teeth work with the time-saving Q3 Pack (Quick Quality Quadrant) that allows technicians to place four individual posterior teeth at once, for speedy functional set-up in 3 quick steps. The denture teeth take into account the wear of the remaining natural teeth. The functional characteristics of the teeth were adopted and precisely predetermined sectors were marked with abrasion zones. The result is measurably enhanced chewing performance and pleasant wearing comfort with the stabilized denture while subjecting the jaw joint to substantially less stress. The three layered Veracia SA teeth consist of MF-H (microfilled hybrid) composite, reinforced with layered glass. This homogenous structure achieves excellent physical properties and outstanding shade consistency. To reduce inventories, Veracia SA is available in an economical mould selection consisting of 9 upper anterior moulds, 4 lower anterior moulds and 4 posterior moulds in VITA Classical Shades.
