Dr Watson to teach new EFDA direct composite restoration courses in August.
Due to the demands for expanded function dental assistant (EFDA) related composite programs, the Nash Institute has added a course for Direct Composite Restorations for EFDA assistants and doctors. The Nash Institute is pleased to announce the addition of Terry Watson, DMD, to the faculty, and he will be the clinical instructor for this new program.
Dr Watson earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Arkansas State University and his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He has completed several post graduate programs including implant dentistry, orthodontics, and Sleep Appliance Therapy.
He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the ADA, Tennessee Dental Association, and Nashville Dental Society. Dr Watson is also a member of the American Orthodontic Society, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the Music City Study Club. For 6 years, Dr Watson has been awarded Best Dentists of America and received local recognition for his community service. He is a graduate of the Nash Institute for Dental Learning Continuum.
Dr Watson will be offering the new course on EFDA Direct Composite Restorations on August 25-26. Seats are available for the 2023 schedule and the Nash Institute is currently taking reservations for Full Mouth Esthetic Rehabilitation, Direct Composite Resin Dentistry, Indirect Esthetic Dentistry, and Dental Business School programs.
The education organization offers hands-on courses under the direction of Ross Nash, DDS, and Debra Engelhardt-Nash. The Nash Institute Esthetic Continuum consists of the 3 clinical courses: Direct Esthetics, Indirect Esthetics and Full Mouth Esthetic Rehabilitation. All 3 are 2-day, hands-on courses and can be taken in any order. The participant who finishes the continuum receives a plaque of recognition as well as 42 hours of AGD Pace credits.
At these dental CE seminars, attendees master new techniques under the direct supervision of current and emerging dentistry leaders, says Dr Nash founder of the Nash Institute. You will learn about the latest innovations in dental technology, new materials and techniques since it is crucial for dental professionals to keep up with the ever-evolving field. Continuing education classes available at The Nash Institute offer dentists an ideal opportunity to improve their skills in a hands-on environment.
