Interview Transcript (slightly modified for readability)

“I’ve talked to a lot of doctors where Facebook is their new source of patients. It’s where they get their most patients from, it’s through social media—Facebook, Instagram. And it’s because it’s the new form of word of mouth. Dentists understand how important word-of-mouth marketing is--their patients talking to their friends and family about it. Now with social media you can actually put that online. Instead of them talking to 2 or 3 of their friends, they’re talking to hundreds of their friends, just through that photo and it starts this engaging conversation based around your practice.”
