Patient experience software RevenueWell has announced its integration with Open Dental practice management software. This integration was formed to streamline patient experiences as well as enabling dental practices to have more consistent data, according to a press release from RevenueWell. Intake, online scheduling, and patient communications are all workflows that this integration aims to streamline.
For online forms, RevenueWell’s system is able to write patient intake data back to Open Dental, including vital information such as medications, medical history, and more. Practices can benefit from the online scheduling integration through its ability to accept new patients and appointments. Finally, RevenueWell’s system is able to write back patient information, which will enable Open Dental users to send personalized messages for birthdays, treatment follow-ups, and other relevant communications. This integration aims to make the dental practice run smoother, according to CEO of RevenueWell, Katherine Shuman.
