Surefil one
Designed to provide clinicians with a single material with the placement advantages of a glass ionomer and the durability of a composite, Surefil one is described as dentistry’s first self-adhesive composite hybrid. Available in five shades—Bleach White, A1, A2, A3, and A3.5—the material offers an unlimited depth of cure, but can also be light cured. This allows it to be used in multiple situations with finishing and polishing of the surface after light curing. The new material is also able to save time because it can be placed in a single layer without the need for etching or bonding.
Why this restorative material is something new:
Presented as a solution to challenging direct restorative cases, Surefil one is designed to be less technique sensitive than other restoratives. It does not require the same degree of isolation as a typical composite restoration but avoids the mechanical shortcomings of a glass ionomer. The new material has been added to Dentsply Sirona’s Class II Total Practice Solution for use in complex cases where isolation is difficult to achieve and the standard SDR flow+ would not be an ideal material choice.

3D Predict
Featuring Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, this orthodontic software platform is designed to produce highly precise 3D models of the patient’s dentition that take into account the full anatomy including crowns, bones, and roots, when designing clear aligner treatment plans. The software detects and prevents anatomically impossible tooth movements which reportedly reduces teeth alignment corrections by 50% and cuts treatment time by 30%. Based around digital impression and 3D CBCT imaging, the 3D Predict software can help clinicians avoid root collisions because it tracks the proposed root movements, as well as the tooth crown movements during treatment.
What makes this software different:
Combining a complete look at the patient’s anatomy with AI processing power, the 3D Predict platform aims to make clear aligner therapy more straightforward for both clinicians and patients. The system can reportedly eliminate at least 5 patient visits from the treatment planning as those would typically be focused on correcting the initial treatment plan. By reducing the number of appointments, practices provide better service to patients while also freeing up time to handle additional cases.
[ Flowable Composite ]
GrandioSO Light Flow
GrandioSO Light Flow low viscosity nano-hybrid flowable composite for special occasions features VOCO’s proprietary designer nano-technology. It has the filler degree of a universal composite, plus an extremely flowable viscosity that allows for targeted and precise applications using an ultra-fine intraoral tip—even finer than a periodontal probe. Formulated with a filler content of 76% by weight, the material’s 3-point flexural strength of 151 MPa is an example of how it effortlessly attains physical property values much higher than traditional flowables. It allows new options in performing precise, minimally invasive dentistry without compromising quality and longevity.

It helps a patient’s mouth stay open in a natural range while still allowing the patient to remain comfortable and open or close their mouth as needed. It also opens the space between the teeth, lips, and cheeks to help saliva accumulate away from dentition and improve access for high volume evacuation. The retractor also features a tongue guard designed to give clinicians great access and give the tongue a place to settle, which allows the patient to easily swallow.

[ Implant Care Kit ]
Editor's Choice: There is no staining or burning, and it reaches areas missed by regular brushing and flossing.
Reassure
Reassure is designed to help insure your implant’s success by removing biofilm, killing bacteria, fungi and viruses, plus neutralizing volatile sulfur compounds. If an implant fails, gets peri-mucositis, peri-implantitis, or any other problem, the patient may feel you are responsible even though the number one cause of failure is biofilm and the patient’s inability to remove it. This two-step implant care kit provides a gel to apply right after implant placement and a take-home rinse the patient uses daily. Education on how to maintain implants for a lifetime has lagged. Reassure can help bridge the gap between placing implants and how the patient can keep them clean and healthy.
[ Flossing Device ]
Refillable Floss Pick
The Refillable Floss Pick’s long-lasting reusable handle is designed to make it easy to floss hard-to-reach places, and the compact dispensing case with a built-in mouth mirror makes flossing accessible and worry-free for on-the-go use. The case and handle also allow for easy, 1-click restringing of fresh ADA-accepted mint-flavored floss that expands to help clean. The pick is designed as an alternative to quip’s Refillable Floss String product for people who prefer floss picks, or as a companion product for those who prefer to string at home and pick when on the go. The eco-friendly floss pick comes pre-loaded with the first refill floss pod and is designed to inspire better habits and reduce plastic waste. Customers can sign up for a subscription, automatic refill plan.
