DEXIS™ Connect Pro
Dental imaging leader DEXIS has announced a new proactive service platform called DEXIS Connect Pro that is designed to monitor device health of both CBCT and intraoral sensor devices. Harnessing the power of IoT [Internet of Things], DEXIS Connect Pro can check on device health and arrange support as needed. Incorporating this platform into the practice will enable practitioners to automatically receive both support and equipment replacements as needed, which aims to be a time-saver as well as boost practice productivity. Devices that are included in DEXIS Connect Pro are ORTHOPANTHOMOGRAPH™ OP 3D™ LX, i-CAT™ FLX V-Series, DEXIS Ti2 Sensor, DEXIS IXS Sensor, and DEXIS Titanium Sensor. Through DEXIS Connect Pro, these devices will be monitored and maintained by more than 100 experienced DEXIS tech support agents.
