Biomic Gum Stain
Biomic Gum Stain reshapes the gingival esthetic effect for dental technicians. The Biomic Gum kit is specially designed for gingival dyeing and esthetics, including 6 colors of pink with different depths to meet the particular requirements of dyeing to completely restore the gingiva’s natural color and vein color. Moreover, the ceramic powder has been mixed with the paste to create a high strength after sintering, which improves the antiwear performance while in clinical use. It satisfies the dyeing requirements for all kinds of ceramic restorations, such as zirconia, glass-ceramic, ceramic, and more, eliminating the need to find suitable gingival stains for different materials.
Why this stain deserves a look:
Biomic Gum Stain is a universal mixing paste that can be used with all pastes in the kit and different brands of pastes without restriction. This dramatically reduces the cost of use and gives dental technicians creative opportunities for esthetic effect of the gingiva. The different paste numbers correspond to different dyes, enabling the technician to quickly create a natural and realistic gingival and vessel effect. The easy-to-use stain is said to be one of the most recommended gingival esthetic solutions in dental laboratories in a number of countries.

DLyte Desktop Dental
This machine is designed to be affordable and compact, making it suitable for any dental lab. The DLyte Desktop Dental allows an automated polishing process for cobalt chrome pieces and other quality metal surface treatments. Removable partial dentures can be casted, sintered, and milled with traceable and predictable results. Lab technicians can utilize the homogenous finish with DLyte Desktop Dental to eliminate the need for a multistep manual process. This is said to make things more effective and efficient overall in the lab. The machine has small dimensions and does not require any preexisting or compressed air installation.
Why this machine should catch your eye:
DLyte Desktop Dental works by first placing a 3-L container filled with solid electrolyte in the machine. It then clamps the parts to be polished onto the holder and finger and places it into the equipment. After that, technicians are able to select whichever program best suits their current need. DLyte Desktop Dental is available to order now.
Editor's Choice: It is equipped with an ultra HD camera; the highly sensitive industrial 3D sensor with blue light technology ensures outstanding depth of field and a scanning accuracy of 4 μm.
Scanner
Ceramill Map 600+
The fully automatic Ceramill Map 600+, Amann Girrbach’s new scanner flagship for open articulator scanning, is designed to provide optimum precision for perfect restorations and optimally supports dental technicians in their work. The intelligent software algorithm automatically assigns the upper and lower jaws, thereby eliminating the vestibular scan, and up to 30% of the manual steps in the laboratory. Because of its integrated universal carrier plate for all common types of articulators, the Ceramill Map 600+ saves time-consuming plate changes, and the intelligent scan height control automatically moves the object to be scanned into the best possible scanning area.
Partial Denture Attachments
ERA RV Green and Purple
The ERA RV Male Attachment, now with green and purple extra oversized males, provides new options for long-time ERA patients. ERA attachments consist of a metal female component, which is intraorally fixed, and a replaceable, high-density nylon male anchored in the denture base. Smaller and more resilient, these attachments are designed to deliver greater overall performance. Directing more force away from the implants or attachment side, the ERA allows the prosthesis to remain tissue supported, generating less wear to both the attachment and the insert. This reportedly means greater comfort, stability, and ease of use for the patient. There are 4 types of ERA males.
Digital Dentures
Lucitone Digital Print Denture System
Dentsply Sirona continues to extend the Lucitone Digital Print Denture System with new material indications and planned print platform validations for Asiga and SprintRay. There are 4 expansions of the Lucitone Digital Print Denture System; 3 of these expansions are for the digital production of custom tooth arches and segments, including the addition of Lucitone Digital Value 3D Economy Tooth and Trial Placement Resin; DS Multilayer PMMA Discs for milling premium denture teeth; and the planned 2022 release of Lucitone Digital IPN, a printed premium denture tooth material.
3D printing software
Dental Module for Magics
The Dental Module for Magics software is designed to allow dental labs to fully automate their 3D printing preparation workflow for dental applications. Once dental CAD designs are uploaded, the software automates all the required printing preparation steps, such as labeling, nesting, and generating support structures. It is said to reduce task completion from hours to mere minutes. The module also provides advanced control over processing steps through customizable processing profiles; users can further refine automatically generated results or process applications.
Editor's Choice: The magnetic base keeps all components secure and in place while the entire Implant Buddy can be sterilized.
Implant Driver Kit
Implant Buddy
The Implant Buddy dental implant driver set includes both short and long drivers that are color coded for easy visibility, tapered driver tips for a stronger implant screw connection, and a convenient thumb knob that fits directly into torque drivers. The kit’s long and short prosthetic connections include straight screwdriver, Straight Systems; SCS screwdriver, Straumann; Dynamic angled access driver; UniGrip driver, Nobel Biocare; Hex 1.3 mm/.050 in, Lifecore, BioHorizons, Astra, Zimmer; Hex 1.2 mm/.048 in, Biomet 3i, Megagen, Hiossen; and Hex 0.9 mm/.035 in, Friadent, Ankylos, Biomet 3i cover screw. The short drivers have a total length of 23 mm and the long drivers have a total length of 39 mm.
3D Printing Resin Removal
PostProcess Resin Removal Solution
PostProcess’ Resin Removal Solution is now compatible with Carbon DPR 10. Carbon DPR 10 is a material that can be used in dental and orthodontic model production. Developed specifically for use in the Carbon Ecosystem, the PostProcess DEMI 910 is capable of automated resin removal for an entire build platform from a Carbon large-format L1 Printer or 2 build platforms from a Carbon high-resolution M2 Printer. The system is said to improve productivity for Carbon’s 3D printing systems as well as improving general usability and efficiency. PostProcess’ PLM-450-SUB is chemically compatible with Carbon DPR 10 resin for an efficient cleaning experience.
Zirconia
ArgenZ HT+ Multilayer
ArgenZ HT+ Multilayer pairs the company’s proprietary layer blending technology with the strength and consistent shade match of its proven high translucent plus material. The seamless blend of this homogenous 4Y zirconia allows dental technicians to create large cases that mirror the natural gradient of dentin and enamel. With 45% translucency and 1250 MPa, the zirconia is suitable for single units and full arch restorations. The material adds a high-strength multilayer zirconia option to a full line of dental zirconia products, which includes ArgenZ ST Multilayer. Both of these multilayer zirconias offer natural esthetics without layer lines or nesting challenges. Discs are available in 7 sizes.
Diamond Instruments
UltraBerry, RedBerry, BlueBerry, and GoldenBerry
Specifically developed for use with zirconia and lithium disilicate restorative materials, these instruments are designed to leave a smooth surface during the contouring process. The Wagner diamond-infused spiral provides a flexing action that allows the instrument’s fingers to get into difficult occlusal areas. With the UltraBerry (coarse plus), RedBerry (coarse) BlueBerry (medium), and GoldenBerry (fine, high shine) instruments, lab technicians and clinicians can make final adjustments, refine occlusal anatomy, and create a high shine polish. They contour and shape aggressively yet leave a smooth finish. They are infused with a high concentration of uniquely shaped diamond particles that allows for more effective contouring.
