The Einstein series is also suitable for more than 60 validated biocompatible materials to make it a smooth integration for many dental labs.
This printer uses digital light processing technology, in which resins are polymerized using UV light. The light projector hardens the resin layer by layer. Primeprint as a 3D printing solution also automates the postprocessing of printed objects. This is Dentsply Sirona’s first new device specifically built to integrate into the digital universe the company is creating with its digital technology partner, Google Cloud, to connect the dental practice and dental lab across a vast array of procedures. The collaboration will generate new digital solutions for dentistry, powered by artificial intelligence and machine-learning algorithms at scale and supported by an integrated cloud solution.
Editor's Choice: Primeprint will have a consistent user interface and user experience across its devices and services, making it easy to integrate into any dental lab.
exocad has launched an online shop to provide another way for current DentalCAD perpetual license users to purchase upgrades or add-on modules, as well as installation and configuration support. This additional service is available to all customers of participating exocad resellers. exocad developed the online shop to offer customers and resellers greater purchasing flexibility and support options. Benefits include global access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; access to upgrades and add-on modules; ability to calculate the upgrade price for licenses online; and installation and upgrade service via the experienced exocad support team.
Trusana Premium 3D Printing Resin, a photopolymer liquid indicated for dentures, is durable and offers the enhanced esthetics that patients desire. Trusana Premium 3D Printing Resin has a lower percentage of water uptake than many resins on the market and is available in 6 shades—A1, A2, A3, B1, C1, and 51 (bleached)—for esthetic flexibility. Designed by scientists, Trusana features a patented chemistry that enables it to maintain necessary toughness in the face of water. It is validated for Asiga printers and SprintRay 3D printers.
KATANA Zirconia HTML PLUS is made using raw materials, allowing for high-speed sintering, translucency, and strength. It has a flexural strength of 1150 MPa and touts 45% translucency. The HTML in its name stands for high-translucent multilayered because it uses a multilayering technology that allows for natural esthetics in its design. The high-speed sintering feature is designed for single-day cases, quick remakes, or rush cases, and its final sintering process ensures accurate fit of restorations—reducing remanufacturing risk for no wasted time or materials.
The UltraCraft ChairSide + AirWash + AirCure combination is a lightweight desktop 3D printing system that provides efficiency, speed, and reliability. The solution is specifically optimized for dental practices and can go from scan to product within 30 minutes, depending on the application. After intraoral data are scanned and sent to the HeyGears Cloud for design, the system moves into printing operations. The UltraCraft ChairSide Pro is an industrial-grade desktop 3D printer designed for clinics or labs with multiple dental application needs. ChairSide Pro offers the same quality at a faster speed, and utilizes a matrix light source with an industrial-grade light engine for excellent resolution, a highly optimized separation strategy.
