National Dentex Acquires Dental Services Group

National Dentex (NDX) has acquired Dental Services Group (DSG). The combined company will share practices in order to offer solutions to independent dentists and dental service organizations, according to a press release from the company.

Customers will be able to utilize the company’s expanded coverage due to the acquisition. Services available include different restoratives solutions.
