These new updates for the Medit Link software aim to streamline digital dental workflows.
Digital dentistry manufacturer Medit has announced substantial updates to its Medit Link software that are designed to provide new opportunities for digital dentistry in the practice, per a press release from the group. The enhancements aim to strengthen the collaboration between dental clinics and laboratories, setting new industry benchmarks.
The focal point of these updates is the release of Medit Link v3.2.0, which encompasses significant improvements and features. Included in this release are Medit Scan for Clinics v1.11.0 and Medit Scan for Labs v1.6.0, both equipped with innovative capabilities that hope to create standards in the field.
One of the standout features of Medit Link v3.2.0 is the introduction of the Patient Menu, streamlining case management by providing a more intuitive and efficient interface. The Patient Filtering feature enhances organizational efficiency by allowing a targeted approach to case management, thereby optimizing workflow.
Medit Scan for Clinics v1.11.0 introduces scanning enhancements, said to ensure a smoother and more accurate experience. Notable features include the ability to quickly resume from scan data, minimizing misalignments in critical areas, per the press release. High-resolution data processing for HD scan areas and the Smart Scan Review feature aim to improve accuracy, saving time by minimizing errors.
Medit Scan for Labs v1.6.0 has also introduced intelligent additional scanning and a Half Arch Alignment feature. These features are designed to empower dental professionals with cutting-edge tools for improved patient outcomes.
