Medit i700
The Medit i700 is the next-generation intraoral scanner from Medit that builds upon the success of the company’s Medit i500 model. Powering the new unit is a super-fast camera that captures up to 70 frames per second. This means more data with each pass, resulting in a smooth and quick scanning experience with realistic colors and a crisp image. The camera and other internal components have been reduced in size to create a smaller, lighter handpiece that weighs just 245 g (8.64 oz). The redesigned tips are now reversible and autoclavable 100 times, increasing comfort of use and ease of maintenance. The cable is also now detachable for easy maintenance and improved portability.
What Makes This Scanner Different
To further increase user comfort, a new remote-control mode has been developed to allow the clinician to always keep their hands on the unit to easily show scan data to patient. Because COVID-19 has increased everyone’s concerns about hygiene and safety, Medit has included a UV-C LED in the i700, making it the only device on the market with self-disinfecting capabilities. In addition, this fully open scanner runs on Medit Link software that features integration with various CAD/CAM providers as well as the company’s own apps for smile design, orthodontic simulation, crown fit, and other patient communication tools.

[ Fluoride Varnish ]
FluoroCal™
Formulated to deliver targeted, sustained release of calcium and fluoride for more than 24 hours, FluoroCal5% sodium fluoride varnish also provides immediate relief of sensitivity by penetrating and sealing dentin tubules. It contains tri-calcium phosphate (TCP), which studies have shown may help strengthen enamel and build more acid-resistant mineral when combined with fluoride. Indicated for application to enamel and dentin for the treatment of hypersensitive teeth, FluoroCal is available in a spearmint flavor and sweetened with xylitol to encourage patient compliance. It can be purchased in a 50 unit-dose package, and each unit-dose container is simple and easy to open.

mySaliva
mySaliva is the latest version of SillHa Software and is designed to enhance the company’s SillHa Oral Wellness System for salivary screening. The system is used by dentists and oral health care professionals to assess, educate, and collaborate with patients regarding their oral health and wellness. The mySaliva report offers a comprehensive assessment using 7 key analytes of oral wellness that are clinically validated and indexed in easy-to-understand, patient-friendly terms: low, moderate, or high risk for oral disease. Customizable fields allow for personalized feedback. Patients and health care professionals can then monitor and compare test results over time.
[ Milling Blocks ]
CEREC Tessera™
CEREC Tessera blocks are an advanced lithium disilicate ceramic for the CEREC workflow designed to accelerate the entire manufacturing process by shortening the glaze firing time–a crown can be fired in the CEREC SpeedFire in just 4½ minutes. High-strength glass ceramics are frequently used in large part to patients’ desires for natural-looking restorations. Lithium disilicates play an important role in this group of materials, with convincing results in all regions of the mouth and the ability to be used for CAD/CAM-fabricated restorations; ie, in CEREC Primemill. The blocks feature advanced material properties made possible by their optimized microstructure.

The Exhaust ULPA Filter with Diffuser is designed to provide maximum airflow from your vacuum equipment and help eliminate biological cross-contamination.
[ Desensitizer ]
Predicta
Predicta® bioactive desensitizer gel is “bioactive” in that it treats dentin hypersensitivity the natural way by using the elements that are naturally found in the tooth (calcium and phosphate) and restoring them to the tooth in the form of hydroxyapatite plugs that quickly block the open tubules. Then, as calcium and phosphate ions continue to release, mineralization occurs to further seal the tubules. The desensitizer successfully treats sensitivity that results from gingival recession, bleaching, root exposure due to perio surgery, abfraction and abrasion lesions, and scaling and root planing.
[ Endodontics ]
EndoPilot
The EndoPilot torque- and speed-controlled endodontic motor ensures efficient preparation of the root canal and the modern, integrated apex locator determines the exact, real-time file position during treatment. This all-in-one device contains a preprogrammed file library containing the parameters (eg speed, torque) of the F360, F6 SkyTaper, and EndoReStart files and other commonly used file systems. The operator also has the option to develop individually adapted sequences and save them. The large, easy-to-read, 7-in touchscreen allows easily navigated, user-friendly menu options.
