To mark the occasion, the company has planned a series of special events, including trade fairs and education events.
Ivoclar will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2023 with the theme of “A Century of Innovation.” The company was founded in Zurich, Switzerland in 1923 and relocated to the Principality of Liechtenstein in 1933, where its current headquarters are located. The family-owned business began as a tooth factory and has evolved into a manufacturer of integrated solutions that are recognized across the dental industry today.
Over the past 100 years, Ivoclar has released a number of innovations that have influenced the dental industry, including its Programat ceramic furnaces and IPS e.max lithium disilicate glass-ceramic.
“We build our success on customer-relevant innovations paired with integrated system solutions, efficient applications, excellent quality, and constant reliability as well as trust and respectful cooperation,” Ivcolar Group CEO Diego Gabathuler said according to a press release from the company. “We focus on giving people a healthy and beautiful smile, resulting in a better quality of life. For this purpose, we supply our products to around 130 countries. We employ roughly 3500 people worldwide, who continuously strive to optimize the company’s offerings of integrated solutions that feature intelligent systems, practice-oriented training, and education as well as comprehensive after-sales support and customer-centric service.”
To mark the anniversary, Ivoclar has planned a series of special events, including trade fairs and further education and training courses, as well as the inauguration of the new head office building at the company’s headquarters, which will house a visitor’s center and education center.
