Henry Schein Announces Majority Ownership of eAssist Dental Solutions

Henry Schein, Inc. has announced its acquisition of a 70% ownership position in eAssist Dental Solutions. eAssist Dental Solutions is a virtual dental billing outsourcing service founded in 2011.

This service uses its technology to offer virtual dental billing services to dental practices. This is done in an effort to help practices take time that would normally be reserved for collection processes and use it to focus on patient care, according to a press release from Henry Schein.

eAssist Dental Solutions is said to support any size dental practice, and further bookkeeping and efficiency-boosting services are being offered as well.
