LOMPOC, Calif., March 8, 2013 -- DenMat announces the launching of its new educational platform, THINNOVATION featuring a completely new 2-day hands-on workshop for dentists wanting to learn about minimally invasive esthetics as well as other educational programs. The THINNOVATION courses teach a multi-disciplinary approach to anterior esthetics using the latest generation of LUMINEERS®. The new approach uses fundamental smiledesign concepts coupled with a minimally invasive approach to produce superior esthetics while providing function and long term stability. This latest generation of LUMINEERS uses advanced digital scanning technology, proprietary design software, 3-D printing and more to produce an ultra-thin, ultra-strong esthetic dental restoration.
"For more the two decades LUMINEERS have been the number one patient requested veneer system in the world. THINNOVATION takes it to the next level, incorporating state-of-the art technology, a variety of ceramic materials, and an approach that accommodates everything from no-preparation to enamel contouring to full preparations, with the understanding that only a minimal amount of tooth reduction should be employed," commented Robert Cartagena, Chief Operating Officer of
DenMat Holdings, LLC
. "THINNOVATION is a results-driven, but patient centered approach to minimally invasive esthetics, designed to create the most naturally beautiful LUMINEERS smiles possible." The level 1 THINNOVATION course covers key anterior esthetics concepts such as case analysis, detailed smile design, lab communication, occlusal equilibration, soft-tissue considerations, hands-on enamel contouring, cementation, polishing and finishing. Course attendees will develop the skills to confidently deliver treatment-driven esthetics with ultra-thin veneers. The course also provides 13 hours of AGD Continuing Education credits to participants who complete the 2-day program. Advanced programs which include additional tooth preparation techniques, fast orthodontics, and tissue management are being scheduled for late 2013.
DenMat
also will continue to drive patient demand for anterior esthetics by introducing new consumer campaigns via television and online, generating hundreds of thousands of patient leads and delivering those leads to its LUMINEERS Smile Discovery Program dentists. A complete listing of all THINNOVATION courses scheduled across the United States and Canada is listed on DenMat's website at
