The show floor for the American Dental Association’s (ADA) 153rd Annual Session opened this morning and will run through Saturday, Oct. 20, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

There are 600 companies exhibiting, with 125 of them being first-time exhibitors, according to the ADA. More than 33,000 attendees from 83 different countries are participating in this year’s session.
There will be more than 280 continuing education courses, more than 60 hands-on workshops including six live-patient courses in the “Education in the Round” learning format and a variety of high-tech courses in the ADA CE Hub. A new hands-on cadaver workshop is scheduled at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry Oct. 18-21.
