This week the American Academy of Periodontology convenes in San Diego, so it’s a great time to reflect on the importance of fighting periodontal disease.
The 110th Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) is being held in collaboration with the Japanese Society of Periodontology and Japanese Academy of Clinical Periodontology beginning Thursday. With the event taking place Oct. 31 through Nov. 3 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA, we figured this was a great time to share some recent articles with our readers on periodontics and the impact oral health has on overall health.
