In its 2023 sustainability report, 3Shape outlined its key pillars of sustainability including environmental protection, employee wellbeing, and inclusion.
3Shape has released its 2023 Sustainability Report, a summarization of its various initiatives and achievements in all matters sustainability, including climate action, employee wellbeing, and company responsibility. 2023’s report also saw the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Strategy put into place by 3Shape, with a 5-year plan to improve sustainability.
“We strongly believe that the more effectively we integrate sustainability practices into our core business strategy, the more they will stimulate innovation, promote a positive company culture, and inspire others in the industry to take action,” CEO Jakob Just-Bomholt said in a press release from 3Shape.
Written using a double materiality assessment as well as internal data from the company, 3Shape’s sustainability report highlights key focuses for the company. 3Shape’s highlight areas include patient health, tracking greenhouse gas emissions, diversity, equity, inclusion, creating an ESG governance framework, sustainable product development, and gender diversity among innovators, according to the press release.
The company has also established an internal ESG Council to further emphasize its commitment to sustainability across the board, according to Just-Bomholt.
