Nisha Gupta, DDS, graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2004. She went on to do a general practice residency at Metrohealth Medical Center. Following that she started a dental practice from scratch with her husband. While the practice and their family was growing, Dr Gupta spent several years learning the ins and outs of dentistry in different practice settings, from public health clinics to corporate dentistry, associateship, all while growing her own practice. She not only believes it’s important to work on clinical skills, it is also important to work on leadership skills and has spent extensive time working on leadership development and public speaking. She has been involved with her local Toastmasters group for 5 years and has achieved several awards. She has also spent a majority of her time taking continuing education specifically in implants and sleep apnea. Dr Gupta is currently a member of the LCDS, ODA, ADA, AGD and serves on the Ohio Dental Association Judicial Affairs Subcommittee. Dr Gupta has adopted the philosophy that while dentistry is important if you don't take care of your health, nothing else matters. She started not only working on her own personal health and fitness, but branching out into the community giving talks about health, diet, and wellness, and received her certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University.
Kelly Tanner, PhD, RDH, is a dental and leadership industry educator, and helps organizations reach goals through understanding employees and behavioral drivers. She works with all sizes and types of organizations, including dental organizations to strategically align people with outcomes and improve the psychological ownership of organizational goals. At a micro level, she helps individuals become high-performance leaders by developing emotional intelligence which directly affects their impact as leaders and as members of an organization and teams.
Josh DeVries is the CEO and co-founder of Intiveo, patient engagement software designed to empower dental practices to enhance patient experiences. He is also the co-host for The Patient Blueprint Experience podcast. For 15 years, he’s worked with healthcare professionals to improve processes and drive efficiency. Ann-Marie C. DePalma, CDA, RDH, MEd, FADIA, FAADH, is a graduate of the Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists, Northeastern University and the University of Massachusetts Boston. Ann-Marie is a Fellow and Certified Educator of the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries (ADIA), a Fellow of the American Academy of Dental Hygiene (AADH), a continuous member of American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA), as well as a lifetime member of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM). She is the 2017 Esther Wilkins Distinguished Alumni of Forsyth Award recipient. Ann-Marie has been published in dental and dental hygiene publications and textbooks. She is a consultant dental hygiene examiner for CDCA (Commission on Dental Competency Assessments formerly the Northeast Regional Board). She is currently a Technology Advisor for Patterson Dental educating teams on software technology for their practice and patients. Ann-Marie presents continuing education programs for dental team members on a variety of topics. She has been employed as a business/clinical advisor for a national dental practice management company, a faculty member of a dental hygiene program and program chair of a dental assisting program after having been employed in clinical hygiene for a number of years. Yuval Wind, DMD, is in practice in Tel Aviv, Israel. He is a graduate of the The Maurice and Gabriela Goldschleger School of Dental Medicine at Tel Aviv University and a member of the Department of Oral Rehabilitation at The Maurice and Gabriela Goldschleger School of Dental Medicine and the Sackler Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University. He is a former director of the Advanced Aesthetics Program at The Ronald E. Goldstein Research Center for Aesthetics in Dentistry at Hebrew University–Hadassah School of Dental Medicine in Jerusalem, Israel. He is a well-known lecturer in the field of esthetic dentistry, minimal intervention dentistry, prosthodontics, adhesive dentistry, and composite materials.
Richard Miron, DDS, PhD, MSc, is currently lead educator and researcher at Advanced PRF Education of Venice, Florida, and an adjunct visiting faculty in the department of periodontology at the University of Bern in Switzerland, where he completed his doctor of philosophy degree. He has published over 350 peer-reviewed articles and lectures internationally on many topics relating to growth factors, bone biomaterials, and guided bone regeneration. Tonya Lanthier, RDH is the founder and CEO of DentalPost, one of the fastest-growing dental-related career service providers in the country. Additionally, Lanthier is a member of the Academy of Dental Hygiene (ADHA), Entrepreneurial Organization (EO) and Academy of Dental Management Consultants (ADMC).
