A dentist appointment turned into total chaos back in 2014, and Charlie Sheen has just been hit with another lawsuit from the incident.

 star — who revealed his positive human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) status late last year – is being sued by three staffers at a Los Angeles, CA dental clinic. George Bogen, Jaime Azdair, and Tina DeVilla say that during a September 2014 appointment, Sheen ripped off his nitrous oxide mask, jumped out of the dental chair, and yelled threats and obscenities.

“Sheen again acted without warning or provocation, and physically assaulted and battered the assistant, who ran screaming into the reception area… and then began verbally threatening to kill Bogen and Azdair, and the dental assistant, ultimately lunging at Bogen and Azdair with a knife, attempting to stab and kill them, and repeatedly stabbing the examination chair in a menacing manner…” the report said, according to 

The three plaintiffs are asking for more than $25,000 for assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

This is actually the second lawsuit to come out of the incident. Margarita Palestino, another employee at the dental office, also sued Sheen over the episode. That suit was eventually dropped in November 2015.

Sheen has been under scrutiny for years for his “bad boy” Hollywood lifestyle — filled with outlandish behavior as well as alcohol and drug abuse. However, he claims that he has been sober from alcohol and recreational drugs since the day after he revealed his HIV-positive status on the
